Last updated: 29 September 2026

coglog is operated by Invenimus Pty Ltd, ABN 38 699 418 418.

These terms are an agreement between you and Invenimus Pty Ltd, ABN 38 699 418 418 ("coglog", "we", "us") for your use of coglog at coglog.com.au. By creating an account or using coglog, you agree to them. If you use coglog for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for that business.

1. The service

coglog reads the supplier invoices you upload or forward, records the prices you pay, alerts you to price changes and provides reports. We may improve, change or add features over time. If we remove a significant feature you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • A venue's owner is responsible for the team members they invite and the access they give them.
  • Tell us straight away at hello@coglog.com.au if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Plans, trials and billing

  • Plans. coglog has a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter and Pro). Plan limits and prices are shown on our pricing page. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, depending on what you choose, until you cancel. We charge your card at the start of each billing period.
  • Pro trial. The first time a venue chooses Pro, it may get a 14-day free trial. You'll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Changing plans. Upgrades apply straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply at your next renewal.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time: go to Settings → Plan and billing → Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. Your data stays and you can still export it.
  • Refunds. Except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, we don't refund part-used periods.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know. Your plan keeps working for 7 days. If the payment still hasn't gone through, your venue moves to the Free plan until it's fixed.
  • Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change to your plan. It will apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and their terms also apply to your payment.

4. Your data

  • You own your data, including your invoices, prices and reports.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display your data, including using AI service providers to read invoices. This permission lasts only as long as we need it to provide coglog to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
  • You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you give us.
  • You can export your data at any time while your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy

coglog uses automated tools, including AI, to read invoices, and they can make mistakes, for example misreading a line, quantity or unit. Please check important figures against the original invoice before relying on them. coglog provides information to help you manage costs. It isn't accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse coglog or break the law using it;
  • upload malware, or content you don't have the right to share;
  • try to access other customers' data or bypass security, plan limits or bot checks;
  • scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
  • resell coglog without our written agreement.

7. Our intellectual property

We own coglog, including its software, design and brand. These terms don't transfer any of it to you. We may use feedback you give us to improve coglog, with no obligation to you.

8. Availability

We work to keep coglog available and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may need planned maintenance from time to time.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You can close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, doesn't pay, or puts coglog or other customers at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll give you notice first and a chance to export your data.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for breaching a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity;
  • our total liability to you in connection with coglog is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using coglog after that, you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel.

13. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about coglog.
